All sales are final

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any item — vintage, deathstock, or handmade. Each piece is unique and is removed from the collection once sold. Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of the inventory, a returned item cannot be re-stocked or exchanged.

We put significant effort into every listing: detailed photography in consistent natural light, honest condition notes, and full material and provenance information. If something is not mentioned, it is not present. If you have any doubt about the condition, size, or provenance of a piece, contact us before you buy — we will send additional photos or measurements on request.

Shipping

We currently ship within California only. Orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

• Delivery time: 2–3 business days after dispatch
• Shipping area: California only
• Carrier: USPS or UPS — insured and tracked
• Packaging: Each piece is wrapped and packed to protect it in transit
• Tracking: A tracking number is provided once the order ships

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of the item. If your order is time-sensitive or you have specific delivery requirements, contact us before purchasing.

Damaged in transit

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the item. We will work with you and the carrier to file a claim on your behalf. Claims cannot be processed after 48 hours.
